Colonnades Neighborhood Dorm Reviews at Elon

I enjoy living in Colonnades. It is relatively quiet but there are a lot of neighborhood events you can attend. My favorites have been the ice cream sundae bars and karaoke. I live in a suite and it is very spacious although it does get hot throughout the day. Finally, the fire pit right outside of my dorm building is my favorite thing about living in colonnades.

It is quiet, near a lot on campus. However, a lot of things break and hardly get fixed. We had an experience with 3 of our sinks broken that took a week to fix. Another issue is the washer (A1) has been broken since the school year started and maintenance refuses to fix it which is really frustrating. We have to pay for laundry and if it's going to ruin our clothes it is a hassle.
