I love living in Piano Row, both the gym and the Max (our campus convenience store) are located in the building, which is really convenient. I live in a six-person suite, where there are three bedrooms and two beds in each. It's nice, we have a kitchenette, a decent-sized living room, and a separate bathroom (the toilet and shower are in separate rooms with two sinks in the hallway so there can be someone showering, going to the bathroom, and using the sinks all at once!)
