Saint Clare Hall Dorm Reviews at Saint Francis

The dorms are incredibly small and hard to move around in, and the communal bathroom is inconvenient but it is livable. It can be a little loud with all the door slamming but as long as you aren't actually in the hall a lot it doesn't hinder your academic experience.

The bathrooms and common areas were all very clean. It was at a nice location close to the classes and seemed to be in the middle of every direction. It could be noisy at times but that was just fellow residents who didn't care how loud they were (mainly between 11 PM-1 AM). The RAs were very friendly and seemed to care for all the residents no matter age, race, religion, political views, gender, sexuality, major/minor, etc. If you were having a rough day or needed help with homework they were always there to listen/help. I also saw/met the RLC of the building during the hall meetings sometimes. She was really nice and made clear the rules we needed to follow when we started slacking.

Living in Clare has been great. Everyone is really nice and fun. There is also free laundry so that is great. The RAs have lots of activities and they are very nice and helpful. It is right across from the JFK student center which is very convenient.

Everything in the dorm is clean. The bathrooms can get dirty if people don't clean up after themselves, but a cleaning crew does come in during the week to clean. The rooms are a decent size. The RAs and staff are all very kind. If you are having a rough day they will stop what they are doing to help out. They genuinely care and want you to succeed in the classroom but also outside the classroom.
