Maintenance is a chore to deal with. This is not specific to 8th street west. Living on campus gives you a chance to meet a lot of new people and build some great connections while having great experiences.

As far as dorms go, generally pretty good. Maintenance/staff addressed concerns promptly. The location is nice, especially after the addition of the new dining hall area. Dorm is also relatively close to the gym which was convenient. Lots of campus parking nearby.
