It's fine. There is a bit of a pest problem. Also, it is pretty far off from campus (it takes me an average of 15-20 minutes to get to my classes). The student life is nice to see. It is close to a dining hall, so that might be convenient for some people.

North Ave South is what I consider a pinnacle experience of housing after your first-year at Tech. It's nice to be surrounded by a community with shared interests and I like the gated aspect. It's a little isolated from the rest of campus but after communal showers my first-year, anything is an upgrade.
