Agave Apartments Dorm Reviews at GCU

Like all college dorms, the atmosphere really depends on the individuals living there. In my experience, people were messy but kept to themselves for the majority of the time. I did love its location.

Agave apartments are so great!! My only complaint is that the bathrooms are a little small but if you dont have a master bedroom, it happens. The location is great, not too far of a walk. They are also very safe, as for noise, I had quiet neighbors, so noise was not an issue for my roommates and I.

These apartments are so roomy and perfect. Amenities are good and all maintenance requests get filled almost immediately. Location is great too! As for the noise, when I lived there, I had quiet neighbors so that was not an issue.
