It very clean and tidy when it came to common areas in and outside of the building. The staff and Ra's are all very helpful and friendly. Making it feel like home than feeling left out. Ponderosa is a very good place to live.

The ponderosa apartments were very clean and nice, it was one of the newest buildings there. The students residing there aren’t the friendliest and the staff is helpful to the minimum degree. I say it’s nice for people who are okay with being alone and have their goals straight.
