The rooms are great for a dorm size. The apartment makes you feel at home. Everybody seems responsible. We hold the door open for people. We obey rules and regulations which kind of makes living there easier. The rooms get hot because there no cooling units.

Very big and they give the students the option to have a creative mind set of their dorm. Me and my roommate had fun decorating our room and rearranging things. Grand valley staff was very helpful and made us feel welcomed.
