It was during Covid so it was a little different, I'm sure. my floor was pretty quiet, but there weren't that many people living there this year. The people who were there were nice, and the RAs were very relaxed and nice. more

peterson is a good dorm for the most part. especially being just a freshman dorm. but the students need to learn what quiet hours are and when to help clean up a mess. the students there also like to listen to a ovariety of music and are often smiling. more

super fun lots of people! a little sketchy but they're trying! The parking situation is probably the worst part it's very inconvenient also the maintenance is unwell for it being a nearly brand new complex. more

It is a very nice building, but the dorm areas seem a little outdated. The bathrooms could also use some maintenance. The lights in the dorms aren’t very good and I wish all the lights weren’t connected to the same light switch because it would be nice to use the mirror light alone. more
