It was very clean and had a good atmosphere, brownie nights were frequent and the rooms were in great condition. Inspection at the beginning of the year was annoying, but they get more lenient as the year goes on. more

I can not complain about my experience in Harbin Hall as a freshman football player. The location of the dorm is one parking lot away from the football facilities, which makes it easy to make it to practices and meetings on time. more

Sears hall has been a great experience so far. I has not been the most social dorm but that is also because of COVID-19 limiting what we can do. I am satisfied with the maitnince and cleanliness mostly because we do it ourselves with room checks. more

Searcy Hall

Searcy Dorm is an affordable dorm on the Stephens Campus. The bathrooms are communal, yet very sanitary. It is a very quiet dorm and it is spacious for it's price. The maintenance workers are also friendly. All rooms have a pleasant view. more

Cathcart was just renovated this past year and I am currently an RA in the dorm. I did stay in Cathcart my freshman year before the renovation and it was definitely needed. It hadn't changed since it was built and just looked very old. But now it is very beautiful and a very cozy place to live. Before it was still a comfortable environment but it just felt like I was at a church camp and not in a place I was living for the year. more

Pryor Hall

Pryor is a good dorm, with lots of space. it is an awkward space at times, but manageable. I use the common room a lot and find it a nice space. I have my beds bunked, but if you do not do that, then you might feel that yours area is smaller and more cramped more

My experience at Stephens has been quite nice. It's pretty quiet which is nice compared to how busy everything else is. The only problem is trying to find parking for it and sharing a laundry-mat with those on your floor. more

Allen isn't a dorm for everyone, it can be very loud at times and the community bathrooms are not always the cleanest to use. What I do like about Allen is the sense of community that comes from the people in the dorm. more

Graduate Hall

Graduate Hall is very clean and quiet compared to the other sophomore/junior dorms at Harding (Allen and Keller). The cleanliness of the room itself depends on it's residents. The air conditioning tends to work very well. Grad Hall is also in a very good spot on campus compared to Cone and Harbin. more

Men's Halls

I feel like the place is pretty good. The living space is quite nice and you get access to a small community pool and a small community gym for the residents. However, I'm not too sure if the location is the safest in Alabama, but I find it pretty decent because it is close to Mountain Brook. The management is nice for the most part, but it can be very hard to contact them, especially since the office is closed on weekends and on weekdays the time opened is only 10am to 4pm. Overall, I'd give a high 3 maybe a low 4 out of a 5 star review. more

I moved in over a year ago, and have been very happy with the room layout, communication, maintenance, and the pool. The one repair issue I had was fixed the same day. I will say the price is a bit steep, but that is to be expected given the neighborhood. more
