Geoffroy Dorm Reviews at ISU

Geoffrey is one of the newer dorms and It is one of the best freshman experiences you could ask for. Everything is modernized and the people that live there are respectful of others and aren't too loud. The staff was amazing during my time there and any maintenance that was required was handled swiftly.

Very clean and open. Lots of space to study and hangout with friends. But farther from central campus than most other dorms. No dining hall near this dorm besides seasons in MWL, so cold walks in the winter. No close gym either.

Geoffroy hall is a great dorm. I have had an amazing experience there and I have meet great people. The study rooms and common areas are also very a great place to study, meet new people, and hangout. I also appreciate how clean they keep the building.

I think Geoffroy is a great dorm and it is very nice to live in! I feel safe and I have a great time on my floor getting to know everyone that lives around me! The rooms are a great size and the common areas are super fun to hangout or study in! I would say they do a great job of cleaning Geoffroy compared to other dorms so most of the time it is pretty clean! The bathrooms are really nice we have several shower that are decently sized and have warm water all the time. We also have a kitchen in our dorm which is nice. It is on the main floor and my roommate and I have made cookies down there with some other student and we also wash our dishes down there! Geoffroy is a great place to live!

All I can say is my first year of college will be one to remember because of my experiences at Iowa State, specifically within the dorm community in Geoffroy Hall! The people, attitudes, and memories made are ones to resonate with someone for life.

Geoffroy Hall is a quiet, comfortable dorm. The location is fairly close to Seasons Dining Hall, however it is pretty far from basically everything else on campus. Geoffroy has decently large dorm rooms, of course it is still a dorm room (and therefore pretty small). Geoffroy also has air condition, so that's a plus.

It’s a very clean dorm and the staff is very kind. There are many places to study and even a full kitchen. It’s very close to many places on campus and there are a few bus stops nearby if needed. I’ve enjoyed living here

Really nice building. Clean and not too far from campus buildings. Wish it had one of the market shops closer by. The rooms are a good size with plenty of bathroom stalls and showers. Geoffroy is close to Seasons and many bus stops.
