Foster Harper is a great place to stay for incoming freshman hoosiers! I have met so many kind, and diverse people within my first two weeks here. There is always night life, but a very safe area to be in. I think residing at Foster Harper is a great choice for anyone wanting to live near the stadium and have a fun college experience.
