It was pretty cool but there was no air conditioning or heating, and the bathroom was cleaned rarely. The staff and RA was nice. The Security is great, each person has to scan their ID to get in so it’s very safe.

Nichols is a great living area and is close to alomst everthing on campus. It is celan and they cleaning staff does a great job. Its pretty great living in nichols and its a great option for a smaller living enviornment. Sadly theres no air conditioning
