Putt Hall Dorm Reviews at IUP

I went to IUP for my freshman year of college. I did transfer school and now I'm currently at Muhlenberg. I wanted to write about my experience at IUP because although it wasn't the school for me the dorms were really nice. I had my own room and only shared a bathroom and kitchen with my suite mate. It was comfy and I felt safe in there because I had a door to my individual bedroom that locked plus the door into the kitchen.

I had a really nice two person suite. We had our own rooms but shared a kitchen and bathroom. The dorms were actually really nice and clean. My dorm was in a convent location for all my classes but it was quite far from the dining hall and gym.

Putt Hall is very quiet, clean, and comfortable. There are never noise complaints and I always feel safe here. I am never worried that unauthorized people are in the building. The only downside is it is farther from the dining halls than other dorms, but that is the only negative comment I have about this dorm.

Very fun and caring RA. Always helped when I needed it even if it wasn't related to the living halls. A great way to start my freshmen year. Other student were also very welcoming and nice. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else my first year
