I love living in Harriett. It always very clean and most people are respectful of others (noise wise). It is perfectly located on campus where everything is pretty close to one another. The only annoying thing is when you need something fixed Physical Plant takes a long time to get to it even if it's an "emergency" (such as our toilet doesn't work).
