KSU Place I Dorm Reviews at Kennesaw State

Overall its a great plave but the environment can be dirty sometimes and the staff not helpful sometimes and is not a quiet place, but you can deal with it, its not that bad . You have to be patient especially when you ask for help they will show up kinda late.

My experience has been fine at KSU Place! I have not had any leaks or anything! The only problem would have to be roaches. They are all around on the ground floor but people came out and sprayed and I have not seen one since.

I live on the very bottom floor so since the walls and ceilings are thin, you can hear people walking and talking. You sometimes hear water run down the walls but it isn't annoying or anything like that. Overall, it is quite nice here.

overall it was a good experience. I felt safe where I lived and never had to complain. maintenance always attended to us and the ra's were mainly nice. I had a good time and plan to have another good semester.

Overall a cheap place to stay on campus and not unbearable, but I had a very chaotic experience. Maintenance was little to none, even when my ceiling caved in and my unit flooded in the middle of midterm week
