Koonce Hall Dorm Reviews at Kent State

Koonce hall was a great experience. Very clean and the bathroom pods were always kept up nicely. We also have the Rosie's diner available for a late night snack as well as laundry and a gym. Definitely recommend!

Overall, it was a very nice experience. I was only on campus for a limited amount of time, but the dorms were very nice, it was easy to deal with loud people and it was just a good time overall and I would definitely recommend this dorm to anyone I know

Koonce Hall has been everything you think a college dorm would be, and that includes the bad. The rooms are not very big, and can get crowded with just 2 people living in one room, but the facilities are nice, and their are a lot of things close to do like a gym and restaurants.

I really love living in Koonce. It's the perfect distance from everything. You're not too far from anything on campus. You're also right next to Rosie's and the Eastway Dining Center. Koonce Hall is a part of Tri-Towers, and Tri-Towers has it's own REC center. So you don't have to walk to the main one.

Sometimes clean sometimes dirty I think that COVID changed a lot and I’ve never not experienced Koonce with COVID rules. Other than that everything is just a bit outdated and I think you pay a little too much for what you get. Try and commute if possible!
