New Stouffer Apartments Dorm Reviews at University of Kansas

Overall was a good experience, smelled most of the time on certain floors, bit other than that the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Fire alarms also went off constantly which would be annoying at times, but overall a good place to live on campus.

It's been an amazing experience here! Every room abides by rules, and each RA is welcoming and always glad to help. There is more securities and amenities offered here then any other place on campus. Includes several significant events for members of the building to participate in.

Stouffer makes me feel at home. The lobbies are always tidy and clean, and the staff is very nice. When I walk into the apartment after a long practice, I am greeted by a good smelling area, with little to no noise, and a good comfortable tempurature.

At the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was unsure about what my living conditions would be on-campus. After several months in Stouffer, I'm happy to say the experience has been incredibly pleasant. It's one of the newest buildings for students to live on campus, which means many of the appliances are also new. and they recently opened it up for freshmen, so it's a little noisier than before but they all seem to be making friends easily despite the occasional need for quarantine. (it was formerly exclusive for upperclassmen.)

My experience at the apartments has been great so far. So good. I love it. It is not like a regular normal dorm. It is very nice living space. It feels more sophisticated than a regular dorm. It is spacious,

I didn’t have many problems at the new apartments. You could sometimes here the neighbors talk from the front room, and people walking above, but once I got in my room I was fine. In order to get hot water though, you have to let the water run for 2-5 minutes.
