Morris Hall Dorm Reviews at Lamar

Overall I give it a 6.5/10, it could be better but compared to the other dorms it's not that bad. I just wish they would have done a full diagnosis of the dorms before allowing students to move in. If there's ever an emergency, first responders will be quick to the scene, so that gives me a little bit of relief.

My dorm at Morris Hall is very spacious and clean. I especially love the two separate bedrooms for each dorm, for it gives each roommate their own space and privacy. The common area is also very nice. The only thing I would do to improve Morris Hall is to try to make the environment quieter, especially at night. The noise not only comes from students, but also from machinery outside. This disturbs the sleep and the studying of many students. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay at Morris Hall.

My stay at Morris Hall is amazing i never have to complain about anything and wherever something is of need to be fix they do it right away. This will be my second semester staying in Morris and it’s by far the best.

my experience so far has been good. one of the good things about morris hall is that it has 2 laundry rooms unlike some of the other dorms on campus. i don't have too many complaints except that sometimes it can get a little noisy depending on who you are rooming with.

If you stay here plan to do most of your studying on the week days because during the weekends people like to play load music and party. If you want to study on the weekends you might need to go to the library or another place on campus to study.
