Park Place Dorm Reviews at LA Tech

It's a good apartment dorm aside from how outdated it was. The school just needs to clean it up and I'm not talking about a full renovation just make it look like they want college kids to live in there. Other than that it was a good place to be. Not far from my classes and not too far from town. Everything was in walking distance.

So far I've tried to make my experience at Park Place positive. To be honest for $2,000 a semester I was expecting more. I'm currently living with my close friends and having a good time because of that but there are still several issues that bother me. First being is the fact that some appliances were broken to begin with. One of our cabinets are broken in our kitchen, the living room light no longer works, the upstairs fan dial is broken and there is mildew in both of our bathrooms. We have also told the RA of some of these problems and they have not yet fixed anything or given a date to when these things can be fixed. Besides those apparent negatives there are definitely some positives to the place. One thing I like the most is how close to the main campus it is. The next things is that there are 2 baths, a Kitchen with a fridge and stove, and a washer and dryer. Overall not a bad experience but for a place as expensive as this I would recommend living somewhere that is more well kept and has a more responsive Staff.
