Residential Commons 2 Dorm Reviews at Liberty

Each floor of Commons 2 will be a different experience, but what can make or break it is truly the roommate. Overall, the floor community is better than expected and the rooms are nice compared to others on campus. Making sure to find a good roommate or setting expectations for the room is so important. I have made the mistake of not doing either of these in time. Things are not always ideal, but it is much nicer than others that I have seen.

I have lived in Commons 2 my whole time at Liberty. I am in my last (3rd) year at Liberty and wouldn't have traded Commons for anything. The common area allows for a lot of activities and hall events, so the community is amazing! Everyone has a great time there! Also, the dorms are great! I have loved having my own bathroom and only having to live with one roommate. There are so many ways to set up your room and make it feel like home! I would definitely recommend Commons!

Most of these rates will depend upon the floors which a person lives. The community of each floor is different, but all seem to be positive, and the communication is well organized. Many events happen during the year, whether they are organized by the hall staff or by members of the hall. One of the only bad things is the risk of fire alarms, which is common for all dorms, but at Liberty, the Commons (1-3) are known for having fire alarms. Don't count that against the building because this is an amazing place to live.

People are friendly, expensive, and dorms are great. Ill is a student this fall, and I'm excited. The people there are really nice, and the community is great. However, it is a long walk to the main buildings compared to the rest of the dorms on campus like the hill or the circle.

Good rooms and people, however maintenance took weeks to fix any issues and C2 is about 10-15 minute walk to class. The common room is generally quiet except on weekends. There are a variety of people to meet!

Residential Commons 2 really is a great setup for freshmen and sophomores! It's cleanly and you get to meet a ton of people because each hall has a girl and guys hall connected by a common room. If you're attending Liberty, I would recommend Commons to everyone!

Commons 2 is an amazing dormitory for beginning Liberty students. The common areas provide a free space for students to interact with one another as well as an easy study space if you do not want to be cramped in your room. The rooms are comfortable and provide bathrooms where other dormitories use co-ed bathrooms. Individuals on the halls are very friendly and shows hospitality when needed.

Residential Commons 2 is a great place to live. Especially for freshman. You get to build great community and have your own bathroom that you share with a roommate! Best housing decision I could have made. You're not too close to everything but it's not the farthest away either.

I enjoy the comfort of having my own bathroom as opposed to a public one. I also enjoy the location of my dorm as it is fairly close to my classes. It can be loud at night however, and the common rooms can get a little rowdy.

Commons 2 is a great dorm. I would highly recommend it to freshmen and transfer students as it is set up to create a community. It is incredible to have your own bathroom and the closet space is perfect. Laundry is convenient and on every floor. the one thing that is perhaps lacking is that there isn't a kitchen personal or communal. Each room does have a microwave, sink, and fridge so it is more than easy to make what is neccesary.

Residential Commons 2 at Liberty University provides an excellent living environment for students. The dorms are clean, laid out well, and comfortable. The common areas are great for studying or just hanging out.

Avenue C gets low on product on the weekends, as some of the staff do not stock on weekends. Takes awhile to get a maintenance request completed, but overall really nice and clean for the money. Also, the laundry room is not quite big enough to accommodate the amount of students in the building.

I have had a really good experience at Residential Commons 2! All of the staff are super friendly and are passionate about making my dorm life experience the best it can be! Out of all the dorm buildings on campus, Residential Commons 2 is by far the best!

Commons 2 is overall pretty awesome! It's so nice to have an in-room bathroom and only 1 roommate! The common areas get pretty loud sometimes, so doing homework there isn't the best idea, but the rooms are quiet most of the time.
