I like it because I have my own kitchen, however, ULL forces you to get a meal plan anyway, so I pay a bunch of money for nothing. I hardly ever hear my neighbors but for some reason can hear people in the next building over. Also, when I entered the apartment for the first time, the floor was so dirty that I had to wear shoes. We also had problems with cockroaches and basically had to hunt down someone to call an exterminator. The only upside is that it's more private than a dorm sine you don't have RA's busting down your door every day
