Dorm rooms that look like apartments. Other student apartments in the area are a better choice. not worth it for the price. the rooms are like a single room at a dorm, but with a kitchen. washing machines are on every few floors.

It’s on-campus so you’re sure to get some kind of damage charge when you move out, even if it’s spotless. Overall, UPointe is nice. It has a great location that makes it worth it. You get your own bathroom. The walls are kind of thin, though, so you’re bound to hear noise.
