The people are great and the house is pretty nice. But there are some outstanding maintainence issues, such as the downstairs toilet on the men's side. It's been making a screaming sound all semester after each use. Additionally, we've had 4 bats this semester. We blocked the part under the door to the attic on both sides of the house and haven't had another bat. But they are still up in the attic.
