My experience so far in the Baldwin dorms as a freshman is okay. Even though the building is older, it still put together nicely to make you feel like this is your home. It also has a kitchen for us to cook if needed to which is good for me. The only thing I would say is that you do have to share a bathroom with your next door roommates which is not to bad as long as there is an agreement.
