Eaton Residential College Dorm Reviews at University of Miami

Eaton Residential College was super outdated and needs a remodeling. I would not recommend to a friend, this dorm needs to have a revamp because the air system is very dirty along with the bathroom system.

My experience with Eaton Residential College has been good so far! I currently live in a shared space with my roommate and we also share a bathroom with our suite mate. It doesn't get loud around here and I am a perfect distance away from my classes which is always a plus!

I am writing to provide my experience with the dormitory located in Miami-Dade. The dormitory is situated in a safe and secure area, providing a sense of peace and security for its residents. The maintenance of the facility is commendable, with a strong focus on cleanliness and upkeep. The dormitory's positive aspects include its safety features and diligent maintenance, ensuring a comfortable living environment. However, I must mention that there have been occasional issues with unpleasant odors and certain interactions with fellow residents.

I stayed at Eaton Residential College during my Junior year at the University of Miami. I almost did not get assigned housing due to the ongoing housing crisis on campus and I am very grateful that I was assigned a housing unit at Eaton. The residential area is very secure at night and maintenance is always ready for anything.

Eaton is centrally located in the school. Its a wonderful dorm with many activities. The residential assistants are super helpful and are pretty chill. Compared to the freshman dorms it is not as wild which is a goof thing in my opinion.
