Overall, Sunvilla is a really nice place to live. It has a pretty open floor plan, and comes with a lot of useful appliances. Maintenance is very quick and efficient about addressing any problems you may have, and the view is very pretty especially from the top floors. I would say the only issue I’ve come across is that they need to take the garbage out more often especially for a four person apartment, but students are also able to do this themselves. Sunvilla is located farther away from everything, but making use of the Bearlines definitely helps.
