Living at Morgan View I enjoyed but my room was too small, the shower head was old and barely had hot water.However being close to the school and my friends is what I really like about Morgan View. Also its a gated complex so I really like that

Over priced and nothing ever works. The staff is constantly overwhelmed and the building manager marion is very rude. You dont get any privacy, one knock and thats it. If you dont come to the door fast enough for their liking they key into your apartment. Terrible experience

I stayed here for two years, at first it was good, but over time people grow and want to move and experience new things. There's no visitation and it's a little expensive for a room. You could rent your own apartment somewhere else.

I love Morgan View Apartments! I have been living here for quite some time now and I have rarely had any issues. The staff is amazing, my roommates and apartment is clean, the maintenance staff is always punctual and I never had to worry about safety because security is always on top of things.

Morgan View’s staff needs to do better with handling situation with residents. The has been multiple residents who complain about how Morgan View’s staff went about the situation. Other than that my experience is okay.

Morgan View is a safe and comfortable place to live during the school year. The cost of parking is ridiculous after paying so much for rent. I believe parking should be free. Also visitation is poor. I should be able to invite anyone over family or friends that I wish. I pay a lot of money to be told that I can’t have guest. 2020, Morgan view has a new director, which maintained Morganview very well with maintenance and dealing with issues or needs.

Its alright but not for the price you pay. Can be way better. For the price we pay, washing clothes should be free. We shouldnt have to pay for a parking pass as well. I havent seen any amineties that I woulfd use daily.
