Dimmit Hall Dorm Reviews at Morningside

Dimmit is very accommodating for student-athletes. It is right beside the gym and the football stadium. Its about an 8 min walk to the farthest building for classes, and a 4 min walk to the cafeteria.

It is a newly renovated residence hall at Morningside College. It has a very homey and comfy feel to it. The outside is stunning and looks so pretty and catches your eye if you drive through campus. i would recommend this dorm to anybody considering this College.

While I lived in Dimmit Hall there was no air conditioning. Towards the end of my time there construction was going on in the hall, I would often come out from taking a shower and there would be construction workers in the hall way, not very comfortable. It was near the exit door so that was nice.

The Dimmit Hall is amazing the environment is nice and everyone there is really nice. The common areas are perfect for studying or just to hangout with friends and for the football players very convenient because the field is just across the parking lot

I don't have much except home to compare but I've lived with 8 siblings so I'm used to cohabitation. I don't care for my roommate and don't think that we were matched very well. I wish that we had the ability to separate from each other more. There is no real out-of-sight storage for all of his stuff.

Living in Dimmit Hall was a good experience. It is the biggest dorm on campus and probably the nicest. It is super close to the football stadium and track and has a big parking lot right next to it so parking was never an issue. It had 2 really nice common areas, one where people could go and have fun and play games, watch tv, etc. The other was perfect for homework and nice and quiet. Dimmit had plenty of bathrooms, halls, and study rooms.
