This building has a lounge area right in the basement which is next to the washer and dryer area so you can do your laundry and study at the same time. But don't worry both areas are in separate rooms so it is very quiet.
The rooms are truly spacious and the area is a nice size. Larger than other rooms I have visited in the past. There is plenty of bathroom space and the bathrooms are communal but the custodial crew cleans very well.
