Very poor. The bathrooms were disgusting, and it was almost as if there were no janitors. Right across the street, city garbage trucks pull out for the day, it's extremely loud. People smoke pot in their rooms constantly, and even after complaining to the housing director, nothing was done. MSOE forces you to buy a 24/7 meal plan with their extremely overpriced dorms the first two years. I now live in a penthouse with 3 other rooms mates for 650 a month... I will be saving around 2500 by doing so.

One of the worst experiences of my life. The city garbage truck is parked directly across the street so the beeping begins at 6:00 A.M. sharp every morning. Besides that, the bathrooms were disgusting and the shower curtains were moldy most of the time. It would also take up to a month for any service request to actually get through to fix these things. If I wasn't paying close to 1600 a month, I woulnd't be as upset, but for the amount they were charging us, it was borderline criminal.

There is only one outlet on each side of the dorm room, so beware. The windows work weird and there is no air conditioning. The rooms don't seem to have been updated since they were made, but there is internet.

Bathrooms are cleaned every weekday. Rooms are big enough for the two people, would be nicer if it was more of a suite style but I knew what I was signing up for. WiFi can be crappy at times so that could be improved but easy enough.

Overall, my experience here has been exceptional. I don't complain too much, this building was built in the 70's. But still, fun community of people and great location in an amazing school. They keep it up and clean for the most part, but dorm life is different than college life.
