I would say that it is definitely one of the more renovated halls at Miami. The apartment-style living was nice and I never usually had to wait for a bathroom. Study halls were pretty plentiful, if you didn't want to take a walk to the student center. The only thing I would note is its' distance from most academic buildings and Main St.
