College Courts is in a convenient location and you can't beat the rent (just over $200 a month with all utilities/wifi, etc. included) but you'll also deal with noisy neighbors, outdated and dingy living quarters, and bugs galore, especially cockroaches. Basically, you get what you pay for, and some units are nicer than others, so hopefully you get lucky with a good one.
