Taylor Hall Dorm Reviews at NAU

I lived on the first floor, which was nice because I had easy access to the laundry room. Which was nice having it in the same dorm. I also loved being on north campus it quiet and has much more open space than south campus.

I lived in Taylor Hall for my freshman year of college and it was decent. Unfortunately, my roommate and I got the smallest room in the dorm so it was jammed a bit. My roommate was also messy which made the space feel even smaller. I mostly just used it as a place to sleep though so it was of good use. Our closet came out into our room which was odd but they were decent sized. I also don’t enjoy communal bathrooms and I like to have my own kitchen as I enjoy cooking a lot. All in all, it was a decent experience where I made do with what I had as I was lucky to have had what I did but I probably wouldn’t do it again.

Taylor hall so far has been nice. The RAs are really nice and easy to approach. The building it self is old so you would expect some things to be worn down. The only complaints I would have is the elevator is real slow. And it used to break down like all the time. This semester is seems to have gotten better though.

I've been in Taylor Hall for the past two years and I can honestly say I was excited to come back! The RA's are fantastic and make sure if you need anything they are their to help. Everyone is respectful and tries to make Taylor Hall a fun place to live.
