Students who live in dorms do just about whatever they want within legal reparations, especially last year the dorms were absolutely dirtied with trash on the outside. The foundation is shifting horribly, the internet only works half of the time, the IT department is a joke, the bathrooms: especially the showers, are terrible, and the lack of AC in the dorms.
