It's a newly built dorm at NCCU. For these reasons, it is by the football field. Therefore, there is a lot of stairs to climb in order to get to the main part of campus. However, the apartments are beautiful and spacious. One last thing to mention is don't lose your keys. They don't have backups and it's too expensive to get another key because they have to change the locks.
