Located on the Manchester campus of NEC, rather than the main one in Henniker, Institute is extremely close to all class buildings and the dining hall. Over a dozen cute restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, giving plenty of options for food and fun. The lounge has a vending machine and full kitchen, with comfortable seating for spending time with friends. The other college students can be a little messy, but a cleaning staff comes weekly to refill paper towels and soap and perform other maintenance. This dorm is located right above a YMCA, and every student living there receives a free membership to use the pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym as they please. It also provides job opportunities for students who apply for janitorial jobs or to work at the daycare they offer to members.
