Ant infestation & signs of rats. Rust in the bathroom. The oven is finicky and smells of gas. Reasonably spacious, though. Next to a main road, people blast music a lot. No AC, which is miserable in the warmer months.

My only complaint with living in Burstein is the noise. The dorm is across from the MBTA so you can hear the train all day and all night. Additionally, the rooms are not insulated very well, so the rooms were quite cold in winter. Would recommend for summer semesters.
