Savin court is off campus housing set up in town houses. The walls are paper thin and the buildings are falling apart a bit. The only plus is being off campus gives you a sense of freedom as each townhouse is 2 bedrooms. One single and one double with a single bathroom and full kitchen and living room per apartment.
