It was a great dorm. It depends on who you are living around. Some of the girls on my wing were super loud all the time when I was trying to do homework (often during quiet hours), including the RA. When the boys were in during allowed hours, they were even louder, and one even brought a blow horn once. Nothing is sound-proof. Every other wing and the lobby seemed nice and quiet though. Everything else was good setup-wise, except that the first stall in the bathroom has a huge gap that people can easily see through, so I tried to avoid that one at all costs.
