Peterson-Friend Hall Dorm Reviews at OSU

My time at Peterson-friend Hall was great. However, there was a lack of responsibility by the CM and how they operated during the day. They also disregarded the cleanliness or usage of the common area with things being damaged or smelled.

My experience at Peterson-Friend Hall has been really good, it is so nice that we have our own kitchen and washer and dryer in our dorm. There is four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the beds are full size beds which is pretty unusual compared to a twin sized dorm bed. The location is farther away from campus, but you can always ride a bike, scooter, or walk to classes. I definitely recommend living in Peterson-Friend Hall at Oklahoma State University.

The Peterson-Friend hall is a great dorm. I would recommend living here to anyone! The staff is super friendly and the maintenance crew makes there quarterly checks on the ac/heat. The maintenance is also very efficient when that do have to come to fix things.

Both expensive compared to off-campus options, but definitely some of the better on-campus living. Village C is nice if you are looking for somewhere to live by yourself while KPF is a lot of fun with friends and roomates.

I have had some weird occurrence here at Peterson-Friend Hall, but as soon as they happened I texted my CM and he came to my door right away. As soon as I arrived on campus my apartment was very clean and the layout of the apartment is very nice. I have used maintenance a couple times and they come right away and were very friendly. Everyone here is super nice. They also do a great job of maintaining the outside!

The living situation is nice - having my own bedroom, sharing the bathroom with only one other girl, and having a kitchen/washer/dryer/living area for the four roommates is really nice. Some people are loud, but the RAs take care of it. It's overall an awesome place to live.
