​​I am beyond frustrated with this apartment. At this point, I'm doing what it takes to protect my credit. The management office is run by children (18-year-olds) who have no idea what they are doing. I've been locked out several times of the building, I've slept in my car more than once because my key fob was not working, I've been called the n-word by one of the staff, I've been offered drugs by several people in the halls, but NEVER have I ever missed a rent payment. I literally only want to get out of here. As many other students' reviews point out, this place is NOT SAFE. At least 4 students have DIED from DRUG overdose since I've lived here (1 year). They've ignored every message I've sent in the resident portal (2 total). I've called several times to speak to someone and every time, I get a different person with the same message; "I'll talk to my manager, I'll tell my manager to call you, you'd need to speak to a manager."

i absolutely love living at The Harbour and don’t want to leave. i feel safe and it’s so close to school that i don’t have to drive. i’m very happy and comfortable here. that’s why i need scholarships.

The Harbour has been pretty good for the most part. There were some issues at the beginning of move in since it is a new property and they rushed to finish construction. The fire alarms kept going off and there were 2 power outages that put us out for a few days with hot water.
