Frances is very quiet and has a lot of dorm room space and in my opinion I require a room that has plenty of space for me to move around and not feel compacted. Definitely will say that it's quiet so I wouldn't be bothered.

I've enjoyed staying in Frances Cardone Hall and plan to remain in this dorm for the rest of college. It is clean and well-kept and mostly quiet on the 9th floor where I reside. It is also a very safe location, requiring a student ID at both the door and elevator in order to enter the dorm.
