Miller-Kamm North and South Halls Dorm Reviews at OSUIT

It has been very good, It can get a little bit noisy when people play music loud in the summer but the ac works great and it's a roof over my head so I can't complain. I really like the fact I have roommates, we can help each other out borrowing equipment and bunching ideas off each other.

I live in a quad so it’s shared with 3 other roommates, I wish there was some type of counter space and we were able to have small appliances (toaster oven, induction cooktop etc.) Theres also not a lot of closet space or space in general, considering the quads are the biggest rooms.

I love my dorm, very clean and very well maintained. I also have my dorm to myself half the semester so that's nice. The staff also is very helpful and remembers my name. Everytime I report something is broken it's fixed that day. I love OSUIT.

It has decent rooms with suites and private bathrooms. The common areas have just a table and couch. There is adequate room in the private rooms, but if you get stuck with a roommate that you do not like, good luck. These dorms were built 10 years ago, and I have not been there in 9 years, so they might be better.

Miller-Kamm North is certainly the best dorm here at OSU-IT. It is definitely not perfect and it has its flaws, but none of them are too substantial to where I would say it is unbearable to reside in. The rooms are nice and there is plenty of space. Each resident as their own bedroom along with a shared living space and bathroom. Noises can be heard from outside and if loud enough, people can be heard speaking through walls in the hallway. Overall, it is not that bad. It is actually quite nice and I enjoy it.
