The location is definitely the main appeal; it's very close to the hub, the white building, and most classes. The longest walk I've had is ten minutes. The rooms are fairly large. I live in a single and it's just as big as my room at home. It's nice to have single bathrooms, but people are still messy, so they can be gross sometimes.
