Lovett College Dorm Reviews at Rice

As far as college dorms go, I would say that Lovett College is still a decent dorm. The common spaces are a little dated and dark, especially those in the basement. The rooms are a nice size, and you share a bathroom with another dorm room. It's located right on the edge of campus going into the Med Center, so it's great in terms of location. The noise level depends on which floor you choose to live on, and incoming freshman get assigned based on the preference survey results. The main complaint would be a lack of natural light due to the gridding on the outside, but the sixth and second floors are better in that regard.

I love Lovett so much. The people make the place so lively and fun to be in as well as provide a safe environment where I know that I belong. Everyone knows everyone and is so nice to me, even as a freshman.
