Monroe was one of the nicest residence halls available for on campus living students. I was lucky enough to have a bathroom in my room but even the community bathrooms/showers were always clean. I feel that was a huge upside to this hall. The only problem about Monroe is the fact that it’s at the complete bottom of the hill and away from all of the buildings.
