Everybody in Tinker hall at Hollins University is very welcoming. Each semester everyone in each hall gathers with their RA to discuss what the students want their hall rules to be. This gives the residents a chance to voice their opinion. They are relatively small halls so everyone knows everyone. There is a big sense of community in Tinker.
