McGee Hall Dorm Reviews at Rockhurst

McGee Hall, despite a few incidents with people's behavior, has been great so far. The only advice I can give is find someone you like, before moving in, and request them as your roommate. Do not leave it up to random chance.

McGee is a great space to live your first year of college. It lets you get to know other students, schedules group activities, and allows you to really make the space your own. The rec center in the basement is a great place to hang out, the staff is friendly, and the building is kept clean.

Clean and well maintained coed dorm. Girls and boy alternate floors. Campus is not large so itis close to everything. Area is safe and well lit. Elevators available and in good working order. Would recommend this dorm.

I feel that my experience in McGee was pretty good. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad. I feel like each floor had their own characteristics, so experiences will vary based on which floor you are and which year you are/will be living there. Best part about McGee is that it is the best location for science majors as all of the classes are very close.

Extremely noisy, nice neighbors, nice RA. Bathrooms not taken care of and showers poor quality. The common area is very nice and meant for you to have fun with a pool table, ping pong table, etc. abc there is no curfew for this .

McGee Hall was clean, convenient, and provided the necessary amenities to make my freshman year college experience successful. I always felt safe because campus security and the desk assistants ensured only residents were allowed into the hallways.

I enjoyed being a resident in McGee Hall and felt it was a safe space to live and learn. The staff was friendly and the Resident Assistants were always ready to help me through any issues and they were there to support me.

It is in the middle of everywhere, easy access to classrooms and cafeteria. Very safe, always have security going around 24/7. The staffs are really nice as well, always willing to help whenever you need.
