Brett was great. It was near all of the events on College Ave. It was a little scary at night. The bathrooms are communal so it was dirty here and there. But the community was awesome, great people and staff.

It was a nice and small residence hall that had 4 levels. It had a laundry room as well as a lounge area. The staff is very nice and helpful and you can only get into the building with a student ID so it is safe. It is very close to the Rutgers Student Center.
